Recommended Uses
Tuff Tank is designed for CIP applications to remove food soils while water hardness is sequestered to control scaling and filming.  Tuff Tank rinses freely to maintain stainless steel surfaces in a bright, clean condition.

Use Instructions
CIP Cleaning, Tanks
:  Pre-flush lines and equipment with lukewarm water until the drainage water is clear.  At a starting temperature of 140 -160°F, add 1/4 - 3/4 fluid ounces of Tuff Tank per each gallon of water and circulate throughout system for 10 - 15 minutes.  Concentration depends upon application and water conditions.  NOTE:  Do not exceed 145°F when washing tanks and silos.  Just prior to milking or processing, sanitize all equipment with an approved Spray Chem Sanitizer.

Wear chemical goggles, rubber gloves, rubber apron, and rubber boots when handling this product.  Keep out of reach of children.

First Aid
Eyes:  In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, lifting the upper and lower lids occasionally.  Remove contact lenses, if worn.  Get medical attention immediately.

External:  In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, while removing contaminated clothing and shoes.  If burn or irritation occurs, call a physician.

Internal:  If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.  Get medical attention immediately.  If victim is conscious, give plenty of water or milk to drink.  Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
