Sheen is a blend of specially formulated acids and surfactants for use in circulation equipment cleaning or as a manual cleaner.

Recommended Uses
Sheen is formulated for use in the acid cycle treatment of circulation equipment on dairy farms, and more specifically, cleaning operations in food plants.  Sheen can also be used as a manual cleaner.

Use Instructions
Farm Use
Pipelines:  On a predetermined schedule, use at the rate of 1 ounce per 2 gallons of water.
Bulk Tanks:  For milkstone and hard water scale, the usage rate is 2 ounces per 5 gallons of water.
Final Rinse:  Use 1 ounce per 10 gallons of water for acidified rinse to prevent hard water buildup on equipment.

Dairy Plant Use
H.T.S.T. Units:  Use 1 quart in 30 gallons of 180°F water.  Circulate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Manual Cleaning:  Use 2 ounces per 5 gallons of hot water.

Safety
DANGER - FOR INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY!
Wear chemical goggles, rubber gloves, rubber apron, and rubber boots when handling this product.  Keep out of reach of children.

First Aid
Eyes:  In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, lifting the upper and lower lids occasionally.  Remove contact lenses, if worn.  Get medical attention immediately.

External:  In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, while removing contaminated clothing and shoes.  If burn or irritation occurs, call a physician.

Internal:  If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.  Get medical attention immediately.  If victim is conscious, give plenty of water or milk to drink.  Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
