Knock Off CIP ™
is a liquid caustic cleaner that contains various percentages of a specially formulated additive.  The additive is a blend of water conditioners, chelates, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors.

Recommended Uses
Alkaline cleaning cycle of hot and cold CIP pipelines, HTST units, evaporators, brew kettles, kegs, cookers, fryers, blanchers, fillers, and general food processing equipment.

Use Instructions
Cold pipelines:  Use 3 - 4 quarts of Knock Off CIP ™ per 100 gallons of water at 150-160°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Hot Circuit CleaningCleaning of Hot Lines, Pasteurizers, and Heat Exchange Surfaces:  Requires concentration ranging from 9 - 18 quarts of Knock Off CIP ™ for each 100 gallons of water at 160-190°F.  Cleaning temperatures should exceed process temperatures by at least 5 to 10 degrees for best results.


First Aid
Eyes:  Flush immediately with copious amounts of tap water or normal saline for a minimum of 15 minutes.  Take exposed individual to a health care professional, preferably an ophthalmologist for further evaluation.

External:  Wash exposed area with plenty of soap and water.  Repeat washing.  Remove contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly before reuse.  If irritation persists, consult a health care professional.

Internal:  If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.  Get medical attention immediately.  If victim is fully conscious, give plenty of water to drink.  Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.  Sodium and potassium hydroxide solutions are corrosive to the eyes, skin, and mucous membranes.  Consideration should be given to careful endoscopy as stomach or esophageal burns, perforations or strictures may occur.  Treat exposure symptomatically.
