Keg Cleaner is a liquid caustic cleaner containing a specially formulated additive. This additive is a blend of water conditioners, chelates, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors.

Features and Benefits
Keg Cleaner is recommended for the alkaline cycle cleaning of hot and cold CIP pipelines, H.T.S.T. units, evaporators, brew kettles, kegs, cookers, fryers, blanchers, fillers, and general food processing equipment.
Cold Pipelines: Use 3 - 4 quarts of Keg Cleaner per each 100 gallons of hot (150°F - 160°F) water and circulate this solution for 12-20 minutes.
Hot Circuit Cleaning: The cleaning of hot lines, pasteurizers, and heat exchange surfaces requires concentrations ranging from 9-18 quarts of Keg Cleaner for each 100 gallons of water at 160 - 195°F. Cleaning temperatures should exceed process temperatures by at least 5 - 10 F for best results.
Ultra High Heat Equipment: Cleaning this equipment may require extended time, temperature, and concentration of Keg Cleaner.
Note: After all cleaning procedures, rinse thoroughly with potable water.

Wear chemical goggles, rubber gloves, rubber apron, and rubber boots when handling this product.
Eyes: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, lifting the upper and lower lids occasionally. Remove contact lenses, if worn. Get medical attention immediately.
External: In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. If burn or irritation occurs, call a physician.
Internal: If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately. If victim is conscious, give plenty of water to drink. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
Inhalation: If inhaled, immediately move to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. Do not use mouth-to-mouth method if victim ingested or inhaled the substance; use the Holger Nielsen method (back pressure/arm-lift), or proper respiratory medical device. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Call a physician.
