Fountain Solution Feed System

Our fountain solution feed system automatically batches based on conductivity
Level controls keep solution tank full
As the solution tank is refilled with treated water the conductivity controller signals the perastaltic pump to add fountain solution based on the desired level of solution required.
The solution tank feeds the transfer pump which supplys fountain solution to locations on the press.
