Five Strain Liquid Live Bacteria

FIVE STRAIN LIVE BACTERIA is a synergistic blend of selectively adapted bacteria for general applications to food processing wastewater with a special emphasis on the metabolism of fats, oils, and greases (FOG) of animal and plant origin.  Bacterial count is 38 billion per gallon.

Recommended Uses
Five Strain Live Bacteria is recommended for use in meat, poultry, dairy, bakery, vegetable, and plant oil processing, and is effective up to 45°C (113°F).  Wide applicability is possible due to similarities between animal and plant fats and oils, and the inherent degradability of animal and plant proteins and carbohydrates. 


Use Instructions
Bacteria in Five Strain Live Bacteria perform in a range of 6.0 pH to 9.0 pH with the optimum performance typically near 7.0 pH to 7.5 pH.  Waste water temperature effects activity with an approximate doubling in maximum growth rate for each 18°F increase in temperature to an approximate limit of 104°F.
For Sewage Disposal Plants, Feed Lots, and Settling Tanks:  Apply at the rate of 20 gallons per million gallons of water per day (20 ppm).  Apply directly to inlet waste water, collection pits, ponds, drains, settling tanks, or filters.  Consult with your Spray Chem Representative for specific application information.


Safety
Store in a cool dry place.  Avoid excessive skin contact with liquid.  Wash hands thoroughly with warm soapy water after handling. 

First Aid
Eyes:  Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and have eyes examined and treated by medical personnel. 

External:  Remove contaminated clothing and footwear.  Wash material off the skin with plenty of soap and water.  Wash clothing and footwear before reuse.

Internal:  Drink water or milk to dilute.  Induce vomiting only if advised by a physician or poison control center.  Call Poison Control Center.
