Recommended Uses
Enviro Bac 2 is recommended for sanitizing food processing equipment, dairy equipment, food utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses, sink tops, countertops, refrigerated storage and display equipment, and other hard non-porous surfaces. 


Use Instructions
General
:  Wash and rinse all articles thoroughly.  Apply a solution of 1 to 2 oz. Enviro Bac2 in 4 gallons of water (200 to 400 ppm active) with a cloth or brush. Surfaces should remain wet for at least one minute. Drain and air dry. At this dilution rate no potable water rinse is required. Prepare a fresh solution daily or when the solution becomes visibly dirty. For mechanical applications, used solutions should not be reused for sanitizing applications.  These general use instructions apply to everything listed under RECOMMENDED USES. Dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking utensil, and other similar size food processing equipment can be sanitized by immersion in the 1 to 2 oz. / 4 gallons water solution. 
At 1 to 2 oz. /4 gallons, Enviro Bac2 has a hard water tolerance of 750 ppm of hardness calculated as CaCO3 when evaluated by the AOAC Germicidal and Detergent Sanitizer Method against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.

Safety

Wear chemical goggles and rubber gloves when handling this product. 

First Aid
Eyes:  In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, lifting the upper and lower lids occasionally. Call a physician.

External:  In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes.  Remove contaminated clothing and shoes, and wash before reuse. If irritation occurs, get medical attention.

Internal:  If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Immediately drink a large quantity of milk, egg whites, gelatin solution, or if these are not available, drink large quantities of water. Avoid alcohol. Call a physician.

Note to Physician: Probable mucosal damage may contraindicate the use of gastric lavage.  Measures against circulatory shock, respiratory depression and convulsion may be needed.
