D-Stone is a concentrated acid cleaner formulated to remove inorganic and organic residues and soils from painted and steel surfaces in meat, poultry, and other food processing plants.

D-Stone is recommended for acidic foam cleaning and spray cleaning of walls, floors, and food processing equipment.

Use Instructions
Foam Cleaning
:  Add 1 - 2 gallons of D-Stone per 50 gallons of hot (140°F) water and foam on surfaces to be cleaned.  Allow a contact time of 5 minutes, and then rinse with clean potable water.
High Pressure Spray Cleaning:  Add 1 -2 fluid ounces of D-Stone per gallon oh hot (120°F - 140°F) water and spray on the surfaces until the soil is removed.  Then rinse all surfaces thoroughly with water.
D-Stone will attack aluminum, magnesium, and other soft metal surfaces upon prolonged or repeated exposure. 

Wear chemical goggles, rubber gloves, rubber apron, and rubber boots when handling this product.  Do not mix with chlorinated detergents or sanitizers.

First Aid
Eyes:  In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, lifting the upper and lower lids occasionally.  Remove contact lenses, if worn.  Get medical attention immediately.

External:  In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of clean running water for at least 15 minutes, while removing contaminated clothing and shoes.  If burn or irritation occurs, call a physician.

Internal:  If swallowed, do not induce vomiting.  Get medical attention immediately.  If victim is conscious, give plenty of water to drink.  Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
