The system shown here is a Fleck Control 2" line Twin Alternating softener with metered regeneration. A single filter vessel with a 5 micron filter bag protects the softener control valve seals from damage caused by sand from unfiltered well water.

In the background you will notice one of our automated boiler chemical feed systems. This installation provides the softening and chemical feed for a 500 horse power Cleaver Brooks steam boiler in a food plant.
